XZX offers a broad line of needle shutoff and regulating valves to control flow in general- and severe-service applications. With a wide variety of port sizes and styles, temperature capabilities ranging from -100°F to 1200°F (-73°C to 649°C) and pressures to 6000 psig (414 bar), XZX provide the user with the utmost in ?exibility when designing miniaturized tubing or piping systems. The non-rotating stem design helps to extend packing life by removing rotation from the packing area. The packing below the threads protects the ?ow stream from thread lubricant contamination or washout and also protects the stem threads from potential damaging effects of the media.

l Nonrotating lower stem, avoiding galling to the seat and tip, as well as reducing friction area between the packing and the lower stem

l Leak-tight performance testing for every valve with nitrogen at the maximum working pressure.
